Delivery within Australia

Some artworks are displayed on this website as they will appear once stretched and framed. These works are currently unstretched and will be professionally stretched and framed after purchase. Please allow a minimum of two weeks for this preparation before the artwork is dispatched. Delivery time is additional and will vary according to the destination.

The preparation requirements for each artwork will be noted on its individual listing. If an artwork is needed by a particular date, please contact Shane Hastings Art before purchasing.

International delivery

For delivery outside Australia, please contact Shane Hastings Art before purchasing to request a shipping quote. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges in the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Whether an artwork will be shipped stretched or rolled will be confirmed before purchase.

Delivery timeframes

Preparation and delivery times vary according to the artwork’s size, framing and destination. If stretching or framing is required, an estimated timeframe will be provided before dispatch. Please get in touch before purchasing if an artwork is needed by a particular date.

Artwork damaged in transit

If an artwork arrives damaged, please contact shane@shanehastingsart.com as soon as possible. Please retain all packaging and provide photographs of the artwork and packaging so the matter can be assessed and resolved.

Returns and refunds

Original artworks are one of a kind, and returns are not offered for change of mind. If an artwork arrives damaged, is faulty or is not as described, please get in touch so the matter can be resolved. This policy does not limit any rights under Australian Consumer Law.
